How to stay consistent

I think there are a few questions you need to ask yourself before you can stay consistent with anything you are trying to achieve. You need to ask yourself.

What do I want?

Ask yourself this question and figure out what it is that you want. (Ex: I want to lose weight.)

What is the goal?

Be specific in your answer and be reasonable. (Ex: I want to lose 20 pounds in 4 months)

What can I do right now to get started?

Whether it’s a big or small forward step, it’s progress. (Ex: Getting a gym membership, drinking more water, eating more protein, getting a better sleep quality.)

Why do you want this?

This is the most critical question you can answer. Be honest with yourself and think about your answer. (Ex: I want to lose weight. So I can reduce blood pressure and pain. I want to lose weight to build my self-esteem. I want to lose weight to play with my kids without getting tired.)


Consistency is key to achieving all of your goals and dreams.
