If you keep switching your training program every week. Then you are not focused

How do you expect to get better at an exercise and or get to your goal if you keep switching your training program? It is a pet peeve of mine when people won’t stick to a program because they get tired of it or get bored. This is my bodybuilding split a few months back. Stuck with the program for 3 months. Doing the same exercises every week. Not only did I gain muscle, but I was able to gain strength, have a better range of motion, and look pretty AF doing it. You haven’t given it enough time to get bored. That shows me that you are not focused on the task at hand. You are focused on entertaining yourself, socializing, and not willing to work to get to where you want to be. The program is there to be followed. If you’re making consistent detours, it will take you longer to get to your destination or get lost. So stop getting yourself in the way and stick to the program.
