What motivates me

My motivations have evolved throughout the years. I first went to the gym for the same reason a lot of young teenagers started to lift. To get girls! Then when that didn’t work lol. My motivation was to get healthy. My health was on the decline after I lost 62 pounds in not the best way. Then my fear of going back to the way I used to be was my new motivation. Physically, mentally, and emotionally I wasn’t at my best. The gym not only build my body but, it built my confidence. Without the gym, I would never be in the position that I’m in today. From building my own garage gym and helping people with their fitness goals. To having my own podcast, talking to my friends and strangers, and having the public listen to our conversations. To get out of my comfort zone, pursue other business ventures, and chasing my dreams.


The one thing I notice about my motivations is that it doesn’t last. Motivation comes and go’s. Discipline, strong will, hustling, persistence, and my work ethic have stuck with me the whole entire ride. It will push me forward to my next accomplishments and it will push me forward to my next goals.
